[SOLVED] Windows 11 maintains permanent/established connection to MS/MSN IP-address

Good morning and best wishes from Holland,

Like the title says: netstat shows that my Windows 11 PC, with no user apps or programs running, maintains a permanent/established connection to a MS/MSN IP-address . . does anybody know why? Can or should I block it?
It's the only connection that stays on all the time.

BTW . . seems to be related to WpnService . .

In a default install of Win 11, you should have multiple connections to Microsoft. This one is their push service. It's completely benign and normal.
