Hi there,

First time post - seems I've fallen afoul of the "registration database corruption" like many others here.

First noticed it when I was having trouble connecting a Bluetooth device, tried installing an update from Device Manager which failed, tried installing the "Intel Bluetooth driver V22.160.0.3 For Windows 10/11 64-bit", which fails with the error "Registration Database is corrupt".

Noticed all my other Windows driver updates were failing with error code 0x800703f1. Tried resetting Windows Update Components (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/971058/en-us). Tried an "In-place upgrade in Windows 11" which fails (log reports multiple items cannot update driver).

I've tried others approaches such as: (Redirecting) and (Fix Update Error 0x800703f1 KB5019274 in Windows 11)

Undertaken the steps in the "Windows Update Forum Posting Instructions" (Ran SFC, ran DISM, ran DISM again using an ISO as source, tried all 3 when in SafeMode).

Ran ComponentsScanner, which identifies two "Corrupt Key Names", but doesn't provide an option to fix.

Attached are:
- CBS zip
- ComponentsScanner results
- DRIVERS hive zip

SOS please help and thanks in advance!
