After upgrading to Windows 11 I get these events in every startup. I tried all solutions found from W10 and none helped.

A connection to the Windows Update service could not be established.

The Network List Manager reports no connectivity to the internet.
I upgraded inside Windows 10 Pro. My rig doesn't meet TPM or CPU. But I think these errors are irrelevant.
Anyone else with the same errors who managed to fix them?
