[SOLVED] Windows 11 Cumulative Update error 0x800703f1 - corrupt components file

Hello,
After repeated attempts to install the update, failed SFC and DISM are pointing to a corrupt components registry file.

SFC /scannow
"Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation."

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Error: 1009
The configuration registry database is corrupt.

sfcfix run

Thanks in advance for any help you can give.

Amazing. I ran the tool and was able to run SFC. Then I attempted pending Windows updates and all went through! Donation sent!
I'll attach the the resulting file anyways. Thanks again.
