Windows 10 won't update past version 1607 - error 0x8007007e and 0x8000ffff

Hi,
I can't update Windows Home Single Language 10 past version 1607 (build 14393.10). It seems to try to install update KB4033631 and KB4049411, as well version 1803 several times, but failing in every attempt. Maybe coulde someone help me?
