Windows 10 -> Windows 11 failing

Hi!

We have a system that seem to be failing to upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11. SFC and DISM scans show no issues.

The first reboot finishes and then it reverts back to Win10 with the message: 0xC1900101, 0x20017

I've checked the TPM and it's an IFX model, 2.0 compatible looks like. Drivers up to date, latest BIOS, tried ISO, tried MCT, tried direct upgrade, setup /product server no dice.

Removed the Print to PDF/XPS features as I know these can cause issues sometimes. Compatibility scanner shows no blocks.

I think I narrowed the issue down to the RAID controller. I will try and kill the drive configuration and try in a non-raid setup one of the following days to see if it works without it.
