Just hoping someone can help me out as its going on 2 weeks now with this. I hope I have attached enough information to help out, I can add whatever else is needed. LatencyMon indicates storport.sys is a contributor but with hours of googling I can't seem to find a fix for Windows 10 that works. My desktop has Windows 10 x64 with Windows 10 being the originally installed OS, the Windows 10 version was purchased from a retailer. I built the system a little over a year ago at this point. I have not tried to reinstall the OS as I'm hoping that is a last resort. CPU - Ryzen 7 2700 8-core 3.2ghz. RAM - G.SKILL TridentZ Desktop Memory Model F4-3200C16Q-32GTZR. GPU - RTX 2080 Ti. MoBo - Gigabyte X470 Aorus Gaming 7 Wifi Corsair 1000W Driver Verifier is currently disabled. I use Bitdefender for security. No VPNs are in use. No disk image tools. No overclocking or under-clocking occurring. CPU.etl - CPU.zip msinfo32 - msinfo32.nfo dxdiag - DxDiag.txt speccy - http://speccy.piriform.com/results/4EVHnUd1H8Zub4ELqpAzAmj A snip of my LatencyMon when I am experiencing the stuttering.
