Only with names labeled with a number of "_53457". I have quite a few with this number listed after the name of the file. I have done a SFC /Scannow and DISM and shows no corruption. I could be wrong though. Have you tried opening services in SafeMode then make changes there? I also found this: Windows 10 service called AarSvc_70f961. What is it and how could I disable it?

Thank you for responding xrobwx71, I'm in SafeMode now as I'm doing a clean boot to see if that will fix System Restore issues and I'll check the Windows "Services" while I'm in there.

britechguy Well-known member Joined Jun 2, 2016 Posts 772 Location Staunton, VA Feb 3, 2020 #5 I'd suggest: Doing a Windows 10 Repair Install or Feature Update Using the Windows 10 ISO file It's as close to a completely clean install as one can come without actually doing one, and you have nothing to lose by trying it.

Click to expand... I believe my Services are working again after the clean boot I just did. I will let you all know if I follow your advice for the Recovery or Clean install. I really don't want to perform that today... anyways.
