Hey guys, I've got a couple computers which seem to do a quick reboot after clicking the Win 10 Start Upgrade button, but they just reboot to the Win7 logon screen. The GWX icon appears in the tray. I don't see anything in event viewer or the update log that's useful to me. Let me know what else you need for info. Thanks.

Sometimes clearing the Windows Update download cache will help, but in this case it may be quicker to just run the upgrade with the media creation tool.

Go here: Windows 10 and click the 'Upgrade Now' button.

Alternatively, use the media creation tool (also on that page) to create installation media on USB or DVD and run it on the machines :)

Let me know if either of those give you trouble.

Thanks, Z. I was trying to do it remotely so running the upgrade off a DVD wasn't an option.
