Hello,

I upgraded my pc to windows 10 (64bit) system back this past fall, and I am having problems with updates failing and error messages 0x80070002. I have tried the windows trouble shooter and it doesn't fix the issue. I ran sfc/scannow commands and no corrupt files are found. I also ran the DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth and it did not fix the problem either. I am also having a CPU running at near or at 100% frequently. I ran my Norton antivirus and malware bytes and found no viruses or malware present. I was wondering if someone might be able to help me fix these issues. Thank you so much for your time in this matter.

John

I resolved all issues by reinstalling a fresh version of Windows 10. This post can be closed now. Thank you!
