Windows 10 Updates giving 0x800700c1 Error

Hello Sysnative,

I am looking for help with a Windows Update problem - error 0x800700c1
The PC runs Windows 10 version 22H2, OS Build 19045.2965

I have tried many things (SFC, DISM) but both failed.

Issue:
When I try to run Windows update, it doesn't work and gives error 0x800700c1

Window Updates that are Failing:
Feature update to Windows 10, version 22H2
2023-11 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5, 4.8 and 4.8.1 for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64 (KB5032339)
Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8.1 for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64 (KB5011048)
