Windows 10 update fails with error code c0000005

Hi

Multiple attempts to update Windows 7 pro to Windows 10 produce the same error code, c0000005. I have run sfcfix and attach the text file and a copy of the cbs.log file. I hope this is sufficient for your purposes.
