Windows 10 Update fails as well as SFC /Scannow

Hello,
After many attempts to update I've tried a number of things to resolve.

Ran update troubleshooter
Ran Chkdsk C: /R
SFC fails with this error: Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. I've attached the CBS log file.
DISM failed as well with this error: The configuration registry database is corrupt. I've attached the DISM Log file.
I also ran SFCFix and it said there were no errors. Log file attached.

I'm still on build 1803 because of this issue and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Seems things were worse than thought. System is now on a continuous reboot and windows won’t load. I’ll just re-install so disregard the post.
