Windows 10 1809 (Build 17763.805), neither Windows Updates nor an inplace upgrade are working.
Tried the update assistant, upgrade via USB, DISM etc., everything fails with different errors.

SFCFix fails at the stage where it wants to repair stuff via DISM.

Start time: 2022-08-23 09:20:08.721
Microsoft Windows 10 Build 17763 - amd64

Currently storing 0 datablocks.

Thank you!

Hello Maxstar, thanks for your help.

DISM failed at 83,1%, Path could not be found (Errors on my side are in German, sorry if it's not the most precise translation).

This is going to be a tough job, the amount of corruptions is including the pair files approx 10.000. I'll need to setup a VM with the German Language pack and the necessary updates to collect al the files. But here is the first fix with replacement files.

Step 1.
Warning: This fix was written specifically for this system. Do not run this fix on another system.
  • Save any work you have open, and close all programs.
  • Download the attachment SFCFix.zip and save it to your desktop.
  • Drag the SFCFix.zip file over the SFCFix.exe executable and release it.

  • SFCFix will launch, let it complete.
  • Once done, a file will appear on your desktop, called SFCFix.txt.
  • Post the logfile (SFCFix.txt) as attachment in your next reply.

Step 2. Run the following DISM command again and attach a new copy of the CBS log.
Code:
DISM /online /cleanup-image /RestoreHealth

Thank you and sorry for the hassle, this time it failed at 83,3% with error number 2 instead of 3, "file not found".

Thanks, there are still a lot of files to go. In the meantime it might be good to check the HDD.

Download

Crystal DiskInfo and save it to your Desktop.
  • Run the installer to install the program.
  • When finished, open the installed program by double clicking on it.
    • Good - There are no problems found, the drive is working properly.
    • Caution - The drive have some problems. (which indicates a drive that you should most likely be thinking about backing up and replacing.)
    • Bad - This usually indicates a drive that’s dead or near death. (! - Back up all important data as soon as possible.)
  • Resize the window so that all information is visible.
  • Take a screenshot of what you see and post it in your next reply.

Awesome, thank you!
Failed at 83,2% this time, "file not found".

First updates seem to work now and it wants me to restart, should I restart now or wait for the next files?

You can reboot the computer, but I think it will result in a rollback? If so please post a new copy of the CBS log.

Some updates went through successfully, some failed (no rollbacks though as far as I could see, already failed at the downloading and install stage).
Edit: Windows Version is still the same, the successful ones were .Net and language stuff.

The last files that are missing are related to Adobe Flash Player, but all the update packages are expired.
Please try to install KB4577586 manually and let me know the result, this update is to remove Adobe Flash Player.
