[SOLVED] Windows 10 Update Error (0x800703e6) - Not Downloading

Good day! I've been having a consistent problem with Windows 10 Pro version 22H2 (OS Build 19045.3324). The updater tries to download the presented updates, only to be denied with this error message:

Is there a remedy for this that won't involve having to completely reinstall Windows?
Please advise, and thank you!
 
I have followed the instructions and attached the files. I am also attaching a screen shot of the command prompt window, as it appears the Please be advised that the repair service was unable to start.
I shall await your response, and I thank you.

Step 1. Download

SFCFix and save it to your desktop.

Warning: This fix was written specifically for this system. Do not run this fix on another system.
  • Save any work you have open, and close all programs.
  • Download the attachment SFCFix.zip and save it to your desktop.
  • Drag the SFCFix.zip file over the SFCFix.exe executable and release it.

  • SFCFix will launch, let it complete.
  • Once done, a file will appear on your desktop, called SFCFix.txt.
  • Post the logfile (SFCFix.txt) as attachment in your next reply.


Step 2. Run the following DISM command and post the result. If it fails attach a new copy of the CBS log.

Looks like success! Everything went smoothly, and I'm now getting prompted to restart with updates!
Thank you very much for your help with this! I've I run into any further issues I'll post again, but this may well have taken care of my issues!

My system appears to be all caught up on its updates and running smoothly. I'll keep a keen eye on it going forward and check back in if anything problematic develops, but for now everything seems to be okay.
