[SOLVED] Windows 10 - Taskbar Right Click Context Menu Disappeared

Hello,

I am experiencing a rather annoying problem. Each time I right click an item in my taskbar the context menu does not appear. I only see the Windows loading icon for a brief second and then it disappears.

Does anyone has a solution to this?

It somehow managed to fix itself after I did a reboot. :)
