I am new to this website and to all the tjings that are posted here but I desperately need help to fix my stop error in Windows 10. When I started my computer it doesn't allow me to go to my accounts, it just crashes in a blue screen of death and it shows the stop error: 0xc000021a
Until now I tried every single soluciĆ³n that I've been able to search through the Internet and none of them worked, even in Microsoft oficial forums. I've even tried to reinstall Windows 10 into my computer for a fresh start but even that didn't helped me with my situation. Now I'm here in this forums trying to reach for help. Thank you.

What are the status of the important computer files:
a) files backed up to another drive or the cloud
b) backed up images saved to another drive or the cloud
c) no backed up files or images > files need to be saved
d) no backed up files or images > files do not need to be saved

Please perform the following steps:

1) Find 2 flash drives that you can format (> or = 8 GB)

2) Make tools that can be used to recover important files, test the drives, and troubleshoot

3) On a working computer:

a) Create Bootable USB Flash Drive to Install Windows 10
b) Create a new bootable windows 10 iso 20H2:
Download Windows 10
Download Windows 10 ISO File

c) Create a bootable Ubuntu flash drive:

4) Using the bootable Ubuntu flash drive backup any important files to another disk drive or the cloud

5) Using the bootable Windows 10 iso
a) delete all partitions making an unallocated drive
b) clean install Windows 10 20H2

Are you referring to the sign-in page? Are you able to boot into Safe Mode with Networking at all?
