Windows 10 sfc error, can't update/fix Windows

My desktop is having issues with updating. Anytime I try to update (for about a month now), it gives me various errors. I have included a screenshot of my update history. I have tried running sfc and it says "Windows resource protection could not start the repair service". I've tried running this command, among others, in safe mode too but it says the same thing. I also have ran the SFCFix script and it says it can not detect any corruptions. I even tried reinstalling Windows 10 using an ISO but it kept giving me installation failed errors. I have no idea what else to do please help
