Hello everyone,

I turned my computer on two days ago to find my audio drivers not working. A system restore fixed the issue only for it re-appear as soon as the computer was rebooted. I must also add that Windows Update has been unable to update my computer for a couple of months now as well. It just gets to 99% then says it failed and rolls back the changes. That's a whole other issue to tackle though, I'd like to address this first if possible...

Windows can't seem to verify the digital signature of some of my drivers, however I have not updated anything recently.
Under Device Status for my High Definition Audio Controller it gives me that explanation with a (Code 52).

I've run the System File Checker and DISM commands as well as the SFCFix tool afterwards. Attached is the CBS.zip as well as the failed security audit events from the Event Viewer. I suspect these files are responsible.

If there's anything else I can provide, please let me know. Thank you!

Forgot to attach my SFCFix.txt file! Although it says no corruptions were found, when I ran "sfc /scannow" it detected corruptions and couldn't fix them.

Hello Noveus,

I was just looking back over some of our unanswered threads and came across yours. Are you still needing help with this?

Thanks for checking in on my post!

I no longer need help with this, I reinstalled windows on a fresh SSD and all my issues resolved themselves.

I had windows 10 installed on two separate hard drives in my computer so my only guess is that they were interfering with each other somehow.

Thanks for the update. I have marked the thread as solved.
