[SOLVED] windows 10 screen refreshing/flickering issue

Hi guys
I hope I will be able to explain my problem properly..
I m on windows 10 and as soon as I enter my credentials to login right after system keep refreshing so frequently therefore I cannot even type or click on anything.. I first suspected there could be an issue on mobo and I have installed windows 10 on separate hdd and all worked fine.. It seems like my windows 10 is the main issue and before I install all from scratch I was wondering if anyone can advice or help here...

very hard to run anything since its so fast refreshing but I can try..
and if so anything u want me to try?
 
same problems with safe mode as well and also different monitor.. .. I simply installed windows 10 on other hdd and tried and all works fine.. I just dont wanna do fresh install in case is there is something easy to fix!
 
Do you still have the issue with the other drive? If so, and you can get an elevated command prompt open, run the sfc /scannow command, let it finish, it can take a while.

Hopefully, it'll fix the errors if any. If it finds errors but can't fix, then,in the same elevated command prompt type DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth , let it run.

After that finishes, run the sfc/ scannow again and let it finish.
