Windows 10 Random sleep..

Hello everyone, I have a problem with my laptop. it runs on windows 10 and suddenly it goes to sleep randomly every few minutes. I have already disabled sleep and hibernate in power management settings and advance options..I put closing the lid to do nothing when done. My laptop would just sleep even while I am using it. Any help and suggestion will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

That does not sound like sleep. It sounds like the monitor is cutting out. How do you "wake" it when this happens.

Hello! thanks for the reply! Usually it automatically comes back up or i just need to move the cursor or press the power button sometimes.

Sorry. I missed your previous reply. Moving the cursor or pressing the power button are normal. Waking automatically is not - though many things can wake your computer, including your security programs scanning or looking for updates, or Windows Update updating or running a scheduled reboot.

But I am still not sure I understand your problem. Are you saying that it will suddenly go to sleep while you are actively typing, for example? Or while you are actively searching the Internet?
