Windows 10 Problems

Hi, I have problem with my PC

my PC, cannot update properly (windows update is starting but stuck in 0%. when i try to stop it, err and force kill the process), but not only that.
I have another problem, my PC cannot shutdown properly, when i set fast startup and / or when use hybernate, that will stuck when try to turning off.

How i can fix it? thx

N.B.
- When i try use chkdsk - no problem found
- When i try use sfc - no problem found
- When i try use dism - no problem found

The update previously stuck when i installed avast, but i can recover it, but now stuck again

Hi and welcome to Sysnative. Sorry for the delay. I need to verify the logs to ensure I don't see any issues before we continue. Can you please do the following?

Step#1 - DISM /RestoreHealth Scan
Warning:this fix is specific to the user in this thread. No one else should follow these instructions as it may cause more harm than good. If you are after assistance, please start a thread of your own.

1. Right-click on the Start
   
   button and select Command Prompt (Admin)
2. When command prompt opens, Copy (Ctrl+C) and Paste (Right-click > Paste) the following command into it, then press Enter
   Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
3. Once it finishes, copy and paste the following into the command-prompt window and press Enter. If prompted to overwrite the existing file go ahead.
   copy %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log "%userprofile%\Desktop\cbs.txt"
   
4. Once this has completed please go to your Desktop and you will find CBS.txt => Please zip/upload to this thread.
