Hi there.

Can you provide the setupapi.dev.log from C:\Windows.~bt\Sources\Rollback\setupapi\setupapi.dev.log

Hello Bruce,

Thanks for your reply.
I explain you,
Before the windows 10 installation, i had done a ghost of my hard disk.
Because the update have not working, i have restore my hard disk from ghost backup.

Then, does i must try to install windows 10 again before to send you this log?

Thanks
Thomas

Hello Bruce,
Please find here the logs, there are not exactly the same name, but it is the good folder.
There is an other log in the folder but i can't copy it, it is named : setupapi.offline.20191207_091437.log

If you really need it too, i'll do my best to send you too

Thanks

Hi

Please do the following.

Step#1 - FRST Scan

1. Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop.
Note: You need to run the 64-bit Version so please ensure you download that one.
2. Right-click FRST64.exe and click Run as Administrator to run it as administrator. When the tool opens, click Yes to disclaimer.
3. Please ensure you place a check mark in the Addition.txt check box at the bottom of the form before running (if not already checked).
4. Press Scan button.
5. It will produce a log called FRST.txt in the same directory the tool is run from (which should now be the desktop)
6. Please attach the log back here.
7. Another log (Addition.txt - also located in the same directory as FRST64.exe) will be generated Please also attach that along with the FRST.txt in your reply.

Hi

There are signs of a rootkit (malware infection) in your logs which I want to take care of first.

Please do the following

Download Malwarebytes Anti-Rootkit from here to your desktop.
Right Click and Run as Administrator.
Extract the files to your desktop.
Malwarebytes Anti-Rootkit will then open, follow the instruction in the wizard to update and allow the program to scan your computer for threats.
Click on the Cleanup button to remove any threats and reboot if prompted to do so

Then

Run fresh FRST scans as per post #8 and attach the log files produced.

Strange...
I'm already using Malwarebytes and Spybot,
if there is a Rootkit, it is recent infection,
Scanning progress with your beta version.....

Sanning End - find and delete 3 Trojan Dropper-

Please find the attached files below,
Thanks Buce
