Sound starts to crackle and the mous movement lags when the pc has run for like 30-100 minutes.
This is happening on a clean install.
I ran LatencyMon and it showed me that ntoskrnl.exe and ndis.sys is spiking at like 1,3 ms and 0,95 ms each.
I tried to update my GPU driver and my mobo has no bios updates avaliable, also I tried to update my chipset drivers, ethernet drivers, usb host controller driver and the audio driver.

I will attach my LatencyMon log file.

CONCLUSION
_________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Your system appears to be having trouble handling real-time audio and other tasks. You are likely to experience buffer underruns appearing as drop outs, clicks or pops. One or more DPC routines that belong to a driver running in your system appear to be executing for too long. At least one detected problem appears to be network related. In case you are using a WLAN adapter, try disabling it to get better results. One problem may be related to power management, disable CPU throttling settings in Control Panel and BIOS setup. Check for BIOS updates.
LatencyMon has been analyzing your system for 0:27:33 (h:mm:ss) on all processors.

Computer name: KGB
OS version: Windows 10, 10.0, version 1903, build: 18362 (x64)
Hardware: To be filled by O.E.M., Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd.
CPU: AuthenticAMD AMD FX-8370 Eight-Core Processor
Logical processors: 8
Processor groups: 1

CPU SPEED

Note: reported execution times may be calculated based on a fixed reported CPU speed. Disable variable speed settings like Intel Speed Step and AMD Cool N Quiet in the BIOS setup for more accurate results.

MEASURED INTERRUPT TO USER PROCESS LATENCIES
_________________________________________________________________________________________________________
The interrupt to process latency reflects the measured interval that a usermode process needed to respond to a hardware request from the moment the interrupt service routine started execution. This includes the scheduling and execution of a DPC routine, the signaling of an event and the waking up of a usermode thread from an idle wait state in response to that event.

Highest measured interrupt to process latency (µs): 4693,30
Average measured interrupt to process latency (µs): 9,510618

Highest measured interrupt to DPC latency (µs): 4686,20
Average measured interrupt to DPC latency (µs): 4,015414

REPORTED ISRs
_________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Interrupt service routines are routines installed by the OS and device drivers that execute in response to a hardware interrupt signal.

Driver with highest DPC routine execution time: ntoskrnl.exe - NT Kernel & System, Microsoft Corporation

REPORTED HARD PAGEFAULTS
_________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Hard pagefaults are events that get triggered by making use of virtual memory that is not resident in RAM but backed by a memory mapped file on disk. The process of resolving the hard pagefault requires reading in the memory from disk while the process is interrupted and blocked from execution.

NOTE: some processes were hit by hard pagefaults. If these were programs producing audio, they are likely to interrupt the audio stream resulting in dropouts, clicks and pops. Check the Processes tab to see which programs were hit.

Process with highest pagefault count: avastsvc.exe

Total number of hard pagefaults 12282
Hard pagefault count of hardest hit process: 4865
Number of processes hit: 47

Corrected the RAM model numbers and answered last 2 questions which I forgot before.

It seems a software to "crack" Microsoft products is present on your machine.
You should uninstall/remove/clean/delete the "crack" related to MS products.
If you shouldn't be aware/conscious of the "crack", download and run Microsoft Safety Scanner Download - Windows security.
If instead you should be aware/conscious of it, you should also be aware that in public (and serious) forums it isn't allowed to help (nor trying to help ;)) someone who activated software with cracks (or similar tools, however they are called).

After you removed the crack, I suggest you also an offline full scan with an antivirus "rescue disk".
As an example, kaspersky rescue disk (it is free).
It is better to download and create the kaspersky rescue disk on a clean PC:

I removed that software and then ran Kaspersky I did the scan and it only found 2 files
  • SECOH-QAD.DLL
  • SECOH-QAD.EXE
I deleted these files of course.
Sorry but I wasn't able to save the report to the USB stick and then I booted into Windows so the report file is gone.
But it only found these files as an "error"
