I spent 2-3 days trying to fix this. I just can't get it to go. Any ideas? I'm on the newest windows 10 also. This storage driver seems old it's from 06. I can't find any updated drivers. http://i.imgur.com/IbWpbU9.png

I had installed the windows 8.1 toolkit, but I think you can check https://dev.windows.com/en-US/downloads/windows-10-sdk. The 8.1 toolkit works anyway, but since there is windows 10 toolkit, why don't use it? Click Download the standalone SDK, run it and you'll see for first Specify location: leave it default or choose your preferred location, then click Next. Read More: Then you'll see Windows kits privacy: Niemiro said "you may opt in to CEIP if you so wish - it is not necessary, but you may wish to do so". Then click Next. Read More: Then you'll see License agreement: click Accept. Read More: Then you'll see Select the features you want to install: select only Windows Performance Toolkit and click Install. Read More:

Shut them both down and it says storport.sys still has high latency.

I'd uninstall that tweakbit driver updater, along with a Malwarebytes scan, I see it has got a bad reputation.
