Hello, I'm a newcomer, and i've looked on every forum on the internet for some help on my trouble,so i'm start to get a little bit hopeless

So,that's the situation:
My settings on computer doesn't open , every time i tri to open it, it stays a little on rhat blue screen , only to auto-close after it...
I have tried all the methods... The "sfc /SCANNOW" , the "MSCONFIG", and tried to create a new user as a admin, but it didnt work...
I cant even use wifi on the computer,because whenever i try to enter the ,password from my internet(from the hotbar on the bottom of the desktop) it doesnt input the letters,the cursor remains like i'm doing nothing...
When i try to open some option related to the settings, it shows the ms-settings display" error as well...
I've just tried the Dism /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup /resetbase, it failed as well...

Hope someone can save me from that situation

Also, i am from Brazil,and my english is waayyyy too bad, so i hope that someone can even understand my situation... so, thats it, hope someone can help me :/ ^-^

Hello! Please start with the following:

GSmartControl
Follow the instructions below to test your hard drive health with GSmartControl:

  • Download GSmartControl and save it on your Desktop;
  • Execute gsmartcontrol.exe; Let the install complete and launch the programme.
  • Identify your drive in the list, and double-click on it to bring up it's window (usually you'll find your drive by it's size or it's brand name);
  • Go in the Perform Tests tab, then select Extended Self-test in the Test type drop-down list and click on Execute (this test can take a few hours to complete);
  • Once the test is over, the results will be displayed at the bottom of the window. Please copy and paste these results in your next reply;
  • Also, go in the Attributes tab and if you have any entries highlighted in red or pink, take a screenshot of the GSmartControl window and attach it in your next reply;
