Windows 10 Enterprise failed update (KB4499183)

Good morning my main issue is that i am Trying to update windows 10, update starts, it downloads the update to be installed(KB4499183), it begins to install and when it gets to the end of the installation update it shuts down and restarts it say windows update failed and rollback. All test results successfully
