[SOLVED] Windows 10 ent 20h2 update to 21h2/22h2 failure: 0x800700b7

High guys,
This is a Windows VM in a company domain. Company IT support not able to fix the error. The ask me to install a new system, don't want to do that.
SFC, DISM both work successfully.
Tried about 20 times to upgrade recently, by IT software center automatically startup or by manually run Windows10Upgrade9252.exe from Microsoft.com, all same failure: 0x800700b7.
Please help me.
uploaded: CBS logs, ComponentsScanner.txt, setuperr.log, snapshot of SFC + DISM successfully.

My pleasure to share. The fatal error is:

SP BFSVC: Error creating \\?\GLOBALROOT\Device\HarddiskVolume2\EFI\Microsoft\Boot\Fonts\ path! Last Error = 0xb7[gle=0x000000b7]

Boot system by Windows ISO(Virtual CD, my system is a VM) into system repair command line, and map the hidden EFI drive(in my case it is disk 0 partition 2), check the directory, found there is a file but not directory named 'Fonts' exist. delete the file, create the 'Fonts' directory, and everything goes smoothly.

Guess the IT software center update script before created the file cause this.
