If Using SFC (System File Checker) and DISM (Deployment Imaging Servicing and Management) to Repair Windows 8 & 10 [and do use them in conjunction with each other] does not work, then move along to Doing a Windows 10 Repair Install or Feature Update Using the Windows 10 ISO file.

I have stopped trying to run down error codes with individual updates, although I will often allow a cumulative update to attempt to update at least twice, as the occasional "burp with code," while not common, is far from unheard of and often resolves itself on the second try. But if it doesn't, then I move along to the previously noted techniques. If you do a Repair Install/Feature Update with the ISO, it is entirely up to you whether you have updates from after the ISO was built fetched as part of that process or not. If you decline, Windows Update will fetch them afterward.

Thanks britechguy. If you care to respond, what is the preferred method to proceed with this repair?
