I have noticed that a Widnows 10 client is stuck and will not update past April of 2023 at 10.0.19045.2846. When running Dism it looks like 3 corruptions were found and it looks like from Catalog Missing. I am unsure how to repair these, so I collected the CBS logs. I ran dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth and this will not repair, and I also tried sfc /scannow. sfc reported it found corruptions and repaired them. dism restorehealth get's to 62.3% then quick finishes to 100% with error 0x800f081f the source files could not be found. I have attached the CBS.zip and picture of the 3 missing catalog items for reference. Any help\guidance will be greatly appreciated on how and where to find these 3 files.

  • Save any work you have open, and close all programs.
  • Download the attachment SFCFix.zip and save it to your desktop.
  • Drag the SFCFix.zip file over the SFCFix.exe executable and release it.

  • SFCFix will launch, let it complete.
  • Once done, a file will appear on your desktop, called SFCFix.txt.
  • Post the logfile (SFCFix.txt) as attachment in your next reply.

Step 2. Run the following DISM command and post the result. If it fails attach a new copy of the CBS log.
Code:
DISM /online /cleanup-image /RestoreHealth
