I am running into an issue with an ancient build of Windows 10, which cannot be upgraded per instruction from the vendor that supplied it. Crazy, if you ask me. Yet I must work within these constraints, and hopefully repair this machine so it can run standard Windows Updates again (granted, I'd wager there aren't many updates coming out for version 1607 these days)...

Unfortunately, because this is the ONLY computer in our fleet running 1607, I don't have any of these files. I'm wondering if perhaps you kind folks do!
