It's difficult to find patterns with only one .dmp file; please refrain from cleaning your files with software like ccleaner or even the Windows disk cleanup tools until we have finished helping you with your crashes.

Your one crash blames Memory Corruption with your display card drivers on the stack.

Run the following diagnostics:

hello writhziden,

I did the furmark test, 25 min, temperature was not higher than 71 °. Memtest was run by me already 3-4 times for 4h-6h. No errors were found.

It is important that I have two Ram 8gb each. With 16gb the error openers. The slots can not be broken, because I have exchanged motherboard.

RAM: Crucial CT8G4DFD8213.C16FAD11

So, I have today additional second Ram put in and recently freezes the PC with a sound. It was not a Bluescreen.

hello writhziden,

If having both memory modules installed causes errors, I would recommend contacting Crucial and getting a replacement set of RAM.

Check your Reliability Monitor for critical events that occurred at the time of the crash (Reliability History):
  1. Press Windows + S
  2. Type Reliability History
  3. Click on View reliability history (Control panel)
Critical events show up as red circles with a white x inside. We are looking primarily for Timeout Detection and Recovery (TDR) events.

Hallo writhziden,

Thanks for reply!

Before that, I had this RAM: Kingston HyperX Savage 16GB DDR4 Kit (2x8) 2400MHz CL12 Dimm XMP Black

I already exchanged the video card, power supply, RAM, Motherboard, the problem was not solved.

Please, check the images.

Am 4.11.2017 war ein bluescreen. Mostly freezes the PC, I get no bluescreen.

Where is this: Windows was not properly shut down. It means that I have the PC by pressing Power button off because the pc freezes.

When I press "Check for a solution". Then show me a window: No new solutions found - When solution are available, they will appear in Security and Maintenance.

So at the time of the hang...
1. Does the mouse respond?
2. Does the keyboard respond? Num Lock toggle the LED?
3. Does system respond to pings
4. Are default admin shares accessable?
5. Can you RDP to the system?

Based on that if this is a soft hang in order to troublshoot the issue you need at least a kernel dump and instead of hardpowering the system generate an NMI dump and the MEMORY.DMP file is what we would want to look at.

Configure Windows NMI dump settings in an elevated
command prompt

  • wmic RECOVEROS set DebugInfoType = 2

Crash on Control+Scroll+Scroll

  • Enable NMI dump in Windows
REG ADD HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\CrashControl /v NMICrashDump /t REG_DWORD /d 1

  • Use for USB keyboards
REG ADD HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\kbdhid\parameters /v CrashOnCtrlScroll /t REG_DWORD /d 0x01

  • Use for PS2 Keyboards
REG ADD HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\i8042prt\Parameters /v CrashOnCtrlScroll /t REG_DWORD /d 0x01

However to save everyone time
1. Ensure that you are on the latest CU/Rollup and fully patched.
2. Remove any 3rd party filter drivers
3. If you are overclocking anything stop

Hello invalid,

Thanks for reply!

1)2) At the time of the hang, the mouse and keyboard do not respond.

3) What do you mean? This...? check the images.

4) Yes!

5) No! Do you want to connect to my computer? We can do it using the teamviewer program.

I only have one dump file and you can check it.

I did not overclock cpu, videocard and ram.
