Hello,

I installed Windows on Acer Aspire 5715z system.(it's and old model laptop) When the laptop is completely shut down and when I press Power on button, Windows startup spinning circle appear too laggy and too slow and I'm not able to get to logon screen.
After that, I press and hold the power button again (hard shutdown), and power on again. So the system starts normally.

I tried all functions of BIOS but no luck and I could not find a solution for this. Can you please help me to solve this problem?
Best Regards.

Try turning off Fast Startup.

Control Panel, Power Options, Choose what the Power Button Does link. Then, in the dialog that shows up, the link to make the checkboxes at the bottom that are inaccessible and stippled out available for interaction, then uncheck Fast Startup.

If it's already off, I have no idea.

You're quite welcome. Another incident to add to my personal list of reasons why I despise Fast Startup (and on machines with SSDs it has virtually zero effect, and the problems it causes, like this one, are myriad).
