· OEM version of Windows 7, then upgraded to Windows 10 via Taskbar.
· Purchased March 2014.
· Age of OS installation: August 2015.

Just to add to this,

Myself and Freebooter from WhiteHatForums have enabled Driver Verifier to force a BSOD to try and figure out what is happening.

We kept getting "amd_xata.sys" as the error but no MiniDumps were created since it wasn't getting a chance to create them we think?
 
Well since this thread went up I have only received help from FreeBooter.

Luckily we have been good friends for a while.
