Hello. My system is Windows 10 22H2 x64 Enterprise (10.0.19045.3031). It all started with the update KB5027215, the update freezes at 20%, and then after a while the error 0x800f0900 crashes. Update KB5027293 was recently released and its behavior is exactly the same.

There are no problems with sfc /scannow, but Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth freezes at 62.3%, and then after a while jumps to 84.9% and immediately to 100%, accompanying this with error 0x800f081f.

Thank you for helping me, this is important to me and I really appreciate it.

This time the process went much further and I saw something after 84.9%.

WOW, it all worked and DISM completed successfully and the updates finally installed. Just magic. Bless the people helping out on this forum, I found you almost by accident.

It's strange how it all broke down at all and even more strange why the DISM function cannot take and replace all these damaged/missing files from the Internet, it seems to be made for this. But the function not only does not do this, it also broke itself due to some missing files and cannot take them from the Internet, although nothing prevents it from doing this, ha ha.

I would have answered earlier, but after doing DISM and before installing updates, I decided to restart the computer, it did this for about 15 minutes, and then it just came out with a BSOD with a CRITICL_PROCESS_DIED error. Then for about 10 minutes the BSOD was on the screen with 0% progress, I got tired of it and rebooted the PC manually, anyway it should have rebooted automatically, but for some reason it hung on collecting some data. But the updates have installed and everything seems to be fine.
