Windows 10 21H2 - getting "0x80073701" error when installing "KB5021233"

Hello,

I am not able to install KB5021233 on my Windows 10 21H2 installation. I have even tried installing CAB file directly and also MSU package, but with same result.

I am attaching all the logs required.

Please advise as I do not want to proceed with clean install due to various reasons.

Small update as I managed to fix some of the issues by myself but I cannot fix the package "Microsoft-Windows-Embedded-ShellLauncher-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.19041.1566.mum" by any chance.
