Alright, I am trying to update my windows to 20h2 and get the following error in the setuperr.log "BCD: File is not system store. File: \Device\HarddiskVolume4\EFI\Microsoft\Boot\BCD Status: 0" with the code "0x800703EE"

Windows Version 1909 (OS Build 18363.1533)

Here's the sequence of events that lead me to that.
- I converted my windows partition from MBR to GPT using the MBR2GPT microsoft tool
- My computer wouldn't boot anymore afterward, in my BIOS I could see my hard disk thrice in the boot manager, only one of the three would boot to windows so I adjusted my boot sequence. I had to follow this to repair it : How to Restore Deleted EFI System Partition in Windows 10? | Windows OS Hub

I attached a screenshot for my diskpart and disks from compmgmt.

I followed the steps from this thread : Windows Update Forum Posting Instructions

Step #2 - Run SFC Scan - returned "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations"

Step #3 – SURT/DISM Scan - Completed successfully

Step #4 - Run SFCFix
