Hi!

Upload Drivers Hive

  1. Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\config
  2. Right-click on the current DRIVERS file and select copy
Note: If you get an error that the file is in use, reboot your computer and then try again.
  3. Right-click on your Desktop and select paste
  4. Right-click on the DRIVERS file on your Desktop and select Send To -> Compressed (zipped) Folder
  5. Upload the zip from your Desktop to a file sharing service such as DropBox, OneDrive, SendSpace, etc. and include the link with your reply.

Hmmm...

Retrieve Components Hive
1. Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\Config and locate the COMPONENTS file.
2. Please copy this file to your desktop.
Note: If you receive an error that this file is in-use, simply reboot your computer and try again.
3. Right-click on this file on your desktop and select Send To...Compressed (zipped) folder. This will create a file named COMPONENTS.ZIP on your desktop.
4. The file will likely be too large to upload here so please upload to a file sharing service and just provide the link here.

Device Manager Error 43
Manually Installing the drivers will cause Black Screen if I perform it for more than 1 device, the 2nd device will cause Black Screen
Installing via Driver installation software from Nvidia will cause spontaneous system reboot and failed to load into Login screen of windows until both devices are made Error 43 as in screenshots

Have you tried stress testing the card?

Alienware comes with a Hardware low level stress testing program which we can load with F5 at reboot. all test passed without any error....if that is what you mean.

If there are tools I can down load to test in SAFE MODE or in normal mode please advise, will test it and provide you data if any possible

Thank you

I see. Then this is not really a Windows Update issue. I will try a few more things.

Please go to your Device Manager
Right-click the GPU and select uninstall.
Reboot your machine afterwards.

hi I had uninstalled everyting with DDU, here is the screenshot.

https://1drv.ms/u/s!AlzzchCEyMKTmgLMaFYszRmPdvzP

If i install a fresh set of drivers, either the drivers installs completed with a Reboot loop or during installation the system will reboot spontaneously and reboot loop until Save mode is engaged to either remove the drivers or disable the devices...

Thank you

That sounds like a hardware issue if DDU didn't help, nor uninstalling from Device Manager, I would recommend you start a thread in our Hardware forum because I think this may be a hardware issue and our hardware experts may have more knowledge than myself. Make sure you include a link to this thread in your reply: https://www.sysnative.com/forums/hardware/

If there's a Windows Update problem present, let me know.

Thank you for the great support, I can guess its above 50 percent Hardware issues as my attempts to install a copy of WIndows 7 64bit also had the same problems.
