Hi.I'm new to Sysnative forum.I need your help. After upgrading Windows from 1703 to 1709 and installing Norton Security(latest) I had random DPC spikes.Using LatencyMon helped me to figure out that ndis.sys driver causes this spikes.Searching web and sysnative site helped me to do some tweaks and reduce DPC spikes caused by ndis.sys but ISR count is still huge.I can't update mobo's bios because it already has latest bios.I updated Nvidia drivers,Sound Blaster drivers and rolled back Ethernet Gigabit driver(new one caused extremely huge DPC latency).Uninstalled Norton Security and using Autoruns disabled Nvidia Streaming service and Intel Engine Management.RAM settings in bios are standart. And I disabled in bios C6\C7 states.I used LatencyMon and -xperf(used tutorials here). There are 2 types of files.First ones are when DPC is extremely high and others are after "my tweaks".I'm asking for your help because after 2-3 reboots DPC and ISR spikes return back and I have microfreezes and audio crackling sounds.Yeah and I attached msinfo too and used msi_util_v2 tool for nvidia and usb drivers to run in msi environment.Disabled Nvidia audio drivers.Sorry for my english it's not my native language.:s6::noidea:

Here are my PC's Spec's:
