I am running Windows 10 Pro Build 19045.2130

I am trying to apply the latest update

2023-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5022834)

When I try to apply it installs and restarts like normal, but on restart I get the following error:

"We Couldn't complete the updates

Undoing Changes

Don't turn off your computer"

When I go back into update I see this error:

There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help: (0x800f0922)
I have done all of the normal troubleshooting for update failure:
  • SFC /Scannow
  • Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
  • Run Windows Repair (all in one) Utility
  • Manually turn on the services needed for update.
  • Ran Windows Troubleshooter
  • Disabled Antivirus and Firewall (Windows Defender)
  • Updated Drivers
  • Run System Maintenace
  • Tried waiting for the next patch, this didn't work
  • Deleted Software Distribution Folder
  • Everything on this thread: Redirecting
  • Manually Installing the update
  • Redirecting
  • Update Assistant
  • Redirecting

At this point I am very stumped. This has been going on for a few months now. I've usually hidden the update and waited for the next hoping it would fix itself, but after a few months no updates will install.
