[SOLVED] Window Update error code (0x800700c1)

Hello, trying to update to the Windows 10, 22H2 version, but this error (0x800700c1) appears all the time i try to update the system. Also there is a bunch of errors in other two updates: 2020-02 Накопительное обновление .NET Framework 3.5, 4.7.2 и 4.8 для Windows 10 Version 1809 для 64-разрядных систем (KB4538156) — error 0x8000ffff. Обновление Microsoft Edge для Windows 10 Version 1809 для систем на базе процессоров x64, 202010 (KB4584227) — error 0x8000ffff.

Step 1: I tried to restart a PC but it doesn't seem to work. Also I ran Windows Troubleshooter and it says that the problem is delayed restart.

Step #1 - Run SFC Scan​

it says that reboot is required to complete the system restore. Restart the Windows system and run sfc again, but I did that already and that statement stays the same:

Upload your COMPONENTS hive.
  • Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\Config and locate the COMPONENTS file.
  • Please copy this file to your desktop.
  • Note: If you receive an error that this file is in-use, simply reboot your computer and try again.
  • Right-click on this file on your desktop and select Send To > Compressed (zipped) folder. This will create a file named COMPONENTS.ZIP on your desktop.
  • If the file is too large to upload here, upload the file to www.wetransfer.com and post the link in your next reply.

Here's the result of SFC and Fixlog file. It says that the scan is 100% complete. Windows Resource Protection has not detected any integrity violations.

Great, please try to install the latest build (22H2) again using the latest ISO or the Update Assistant.

Windows 10 Update Assistant to your desktop.
  • Right-click on Windows10Upgrade9252.exe and select the option: Run as administrator.
  • Press the Update now button, click after the compatibility check on Next.
  • The Update Assistant will now download the latest Feature Update.
  • After verifying the download, the Feature Update will be installed.
  • When this process is ready, click on the Restart now button to complete the installation.
