Window Explorer and keyboard does not work after restart for half an hour. Double click and mouse right click also doesn't work.

After half an hour it starts working. or when we reset Window Group Policy, it starts working.

Please provide the solution.
This is harassing.

Need more info: Any event logs? Is your KB wireless and does it have good batteries? (Sorry had to ask)
Interesting that a GPO update fixes it....how do you update the GPO without a keyboard?...Anyway. I suspect there is more then one thing going on here....does it work completely normal after the half hour? Seems its a domain PC, any other users with the same OS reporting anything unusual?
