Can someone please kindly help as I am at my wits end because my laptop keeps crashing almost three times a day and when I cleaned it with norton utilities, it shows file extensions problems. Therefore, I ran an SFC /SCANNOW and keeps getting the message in red. I don't know what to do now as I don't have the installation disc.
