Recently i have encountered a really annoying window popping up about every hour repeating the message of "This computer is not running genuine Windows" at first i just thought it must of been a mistake , but i was wrong and ever since about a fem months ago i have been seeing the message. After searching through control panel in system i am being told my windows is genuine but still the message pops up even though it says in system that my windows IS activated. Im not sure why it continues to do this but would love some help.

That looks to have fixed it.
However, you may have a bigger problem. :(
From where did you acquire this copy of Windows? If you bought it, then it is counterfeit, and you should claim a refund. The Key shows it to be a subscription-only type license (MSDN/TechNet, etc) which is not for resale.
