[SOLVED] Window 7 64 bits unable to update & PINTLGB.IMD corrupted ,unable to fix

My laptop currently is unable to update some of the window update, internet explorer 11 which is needed for window-10... and has a corrupted file that cannot be fix - PINTLGB.IMD.


Please help me cause i need to get a reserve key on Window-10 ...

  2. Download the file below, SFCFix.zip, and save this to your Desktop. Ensure that this file is named SFCFix.zip - do not rename it.

Download and run the System Update Readiness Tool for your version of Windows here: System Update Readiness Tool

This tool will take some time to complete - when it has finished, attach C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log with your reply.
 
Please run SFC again and upload the logs, I would like to confirm something in the first log.

The window update still cant' be install - KB2791765 (error - 80073712) and internet explorer 11 (error 9C57) ... I tried to uninstall internet explorer 7 from installed update there but no successful ...
 
I'll need some more of the log files, this script will collect and upload them automatically.

It appears the file is corrupt.

Is there a file C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.persist.log? If so please zip and attach it.
 
I'll need to look at your components registry to see if this is a permissions problem.
