[SOLVED] [Wind8.1Pro Upd3 x64] Corrupted files, update for windows not working

I have tried command prompts.
changing security for everyone on my computer
re downloaded the standalone update installer and nothing is still working.

Not at all. Thanks though I just used a wsus offline update and that worked out okay
