Hello and welcome,

It seems like you used the SFCFix script from this thread you started.
This is not good. That script was for a Windows 7 machine and in this thread you are using a Windows 8.1 machine.
Never use a script that was ment for someone's else computer.

Looking at your attachment there are a lot of file corruptions (almost 11000).
To repair this it will take a lot of time and research.
Therefore I recommend to do a repair installation of Windows.
