Windows updating is utilizing 25-30% of CPU constantly, but not making any changes and do not find any updates since few months.
I've tried to install standalone rollup (Windows8.1-KB2919355-x64) hoping to also update WU agent, but it doesn't work, when I run it just "searching for updates" without any result
I've tried all the usual advices, to clean all the folders, restart all the services, re-register some libraries, SFCFix, DISM etc.
desperately need your help
