The machine in question is a Windows 7 Ultimate and I will go through the update process, a reboot is called for, then when we get to around 90% it fails and reverts back. A similar event occurred with last month's rollup.

Steps I have taken:
- Replaced .Net4.7 with .Net 4.6.2 which allowed me to install last months security update
- Reset Windows update, clearing cache, reregistering dlls, resetting DB, reinstalling Windows Update Manager
- Ran sfc /scannow - no errors
- Ran tool from this site SFCFix - no errors
- Ran Microsoft repair tools - no difference (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/10164/fix-windows-update-errors)
- Downloaded standalone installer for this KB - no difference
