[Win7SP1Pro x64] WU Error 80073712.

For the last two months Windows Update fail at 11% download. I've run SFC, chkdsk, MalwareBytes, Windows Update Trouble Shooter, and the standalone for the updates. I tried uploading the CBS zip file and I saw over 50 mbs go through but when I came back the dialogue box was empty. I'll try again.

The CBS folder is 47 mbs and the zipped folder is 45 mbs. Is that too large to upload?
